Who is behind it?

voi.do is published by Bon.do ApS, Rantzausmindevej 228, 5700 Svendborg, Denmark, CVR (Danish company number) 43473425, email info@bon.do. These terms cover the game – the app for iPhone, iPad and Android and the browser version – and this website.

Using the game

• You may use voi.do privately and non-commercially, on your own devices and in the browser.
• The browser version is free. If you get the app from the App Store or Google Play, the store’s terms apply too – for the app from the App Store, Apple’s standard licence agreement.
• You may not sell, change or publish the game or parts of it, nor try to get around how it works, beyond what the law allows.

Children and grown-ups

voi.do is made for children, but grown-ups decide – for example whether to switch on error reports and how much screen time is right. The game has no purchases, ads, chat or links out of the game. Read more in the privacy policy.

Rights

voi.do – the code, the worlds, the characters, the music, the sounds, the name and the mark – belongs to Bon.do ApS. The fonts Figtree and Unbounded are used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1, and the game builds on open-source software whose licences come with the game (see the licences).

Liability

We make voi.do with care, but the game is provided as it is. We can’t promise that it works on every device or is free of bugs, and we are not liable for indirect losses, to the extent the law allows. Your rights as a consumer under Danish law always apply.

Changes

We may update the game and these terms, for example when the game gets new worlds. The latest version is always here, with the date at the top. We may also stop offering the game.

Law and disputes

These terms follow Danish law. A disagreement we can’t solve together is settled by the Danish courts – unless mandatory rules, such as those protecting consumers, give you the right to something else.
