The game

What age is voi.do for?

Everyone can join in – the difficulty decides. Mini is for the youngest, from 3: no words, no clock and no way to lose. Normal suits ages 7–12, and Hard is for those chasing three stars. Switch on the world card in the menu or under Settings › Difficulty.

How do you open more worlds?

Finish 2 missions in a world and the next one opens. In Mini every world is open from the start. To try them all right away, switch on Settings › Graphics and more › Open all worlds.

How do you steer the hole?

On phones and tablets you drag your finger – a joystick appears where you touch the screen. Or tap where the hole should go. Under Settings › Controls you pick Joystick, Tap or Auto (tap at Mini, joystick at Normal and Hard). On a computer you steer with the mouse, WASD or the arrow keys, and Esc pauses the game.

Which languages does the game speak?

8: Danish, English, German, Swedish, Norwegian, Dutch, Spanish and Italian. The game picks your phone’s or computer’s language, and you can switch under Settings › Language – even mid-game.

Can you turn off the sound or the music?

Yes, under Settings › Sound and music – the volume is right below. When the app goes to the background, the sound pauses until you are back.

Devices and technology

Which devices does voi.do run on?

iPhone and iPad with iOS 15 or later, phones and tablets with Android 12 or later, and browsers with WebGPU or WebGL2 – that is, recent versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari on computers, tablets and phones.

The game stutters or uses a lot of battery. What can I do?

Choose Battery saver under Settings › Graphics and more › Graphics. With Automatic graphics on, the game turns itself down if it starts to stutter.

Do you need to be online?

The app works entirely offline. The browser version loads each time you open it – after that it runs in the browser.

Where is progress saved?

Stars, best times and settings are saved on the device only – in the browser, in the site’s own storage. They can’t be moved to another device, and we can’t see them.

How do you start over?

Delete the app and install it again – or clear the site’s data in your browser. That resets every star and setting.

Privacy

Does voi.do collect information about my child?

No. There is no account, no ads and no tracking. The only thing the game can send is anonymous error reports – and only if a grown-up switches them on. Read more in the privacy policy.

How do I switch error reports on or off?

Under Settings › Graphics and more › Send error reports. They are off from the start. If you switch them on, the game sends anonymous information about crashes and how well it runs, so we can fix bugs. The browser version never sends error reports.
